you wake up and think everything is just a dream.

you try to get off the bed

the tubes, the wires, the beeping sounds from the monitor next to you.

it's all real.

is it all real?

you don't feel the pain

but you feel the coldness.

you can't talk

but you hear people talking.

you wish everything is just a dream

until you realize it's not.

you feel lost.

lost in the dream.

until you realize you are lost in reality.
